On 26th March 2008, we as a dynamic team of 2 people joined forces to co-found JS Assignments Private Ltd. We are now 2 directors and 1 technical director of the company who are professionals Chartered Accountants, MBA and Engineers in varied fields. Our combined knowledge and experience allowed us to launch and grow our company in competitive industries.

We are committed for “You Assign, We Deliver”. It is prevalent from our turnover which rose from Rs. 2.55Cr in 2017-2018 to Rs. 10.30Cr. in 2021-2022 & Rs. 12.70Cr. We divide our efforts into three categories. We serve as leading business units:

On Infrastructure Development projects, we work as a lead subcontractor and manage the bulk of the work for top National and International contractors. A journey from a turnover of 2 crore in 2017-18 to 10 crore in 2021-22 has been possible with the efforts by our team and support from our clients. We began with only a small number of clients, but as time went on, our passion and commitment to our work led us to diversify both our projects and our geographic focus.

All of this has been made possible by upholding the fundamental principles that govern our company's culture.

Jignesh Majmudar

Jignesh Majmudar, a borne entrepreneur, holds a degree in commerce, DTP, and an MBA. He is the promotor director of JS Assignments Private Limited. He has been visionary and very hardworking. Starting from his career in LIC as an agent, writing books of accounts and Income Tax Compliance practice has under the umbrella of JS Assignments has increased the scope of work and improved in the skill sets to do business.

His vibrant leadership has been leading the team to expand the horizon. His core area of work has been business development and his aspiration to contribute more in the field of infrastructure development is very high and is evident from the kind of growth the company is registering for the last two years. He is also pursuing an MBA from one of the renowned universities in India.

CA Satvik Shah

CA. Satvik Shah, DISA, DIRM, an entrepreneur, well qualified M.Com., Chartered Accountant, DISA, DIRM, Forex, MBA has been an asset of the JS Assignments Private limited. He is the promotor director of JS Assignments Private Limited. He is also a director at A&W Engineering Works (India) Private Limited. He has been the backbone of the organization. He builds up and binds the branches of the growing tree of JS Assignments. He is a thorough businessman and with the highest skill sets in the field of accounts, finance, and taxation. His role in executing all the projects or work is highly professional and meticulous.

He believes in delivering the best to the clients in all possible ways and more than their expectations. He strongly believes that any and every business transacted must result profitable in the hand of all the stakeholders including clients, employees, and vendors and fetches the best qualitative outcome. He is very keen on growing JS Assignments Private Limited in the field of Infrastructure Development and business and financial advisory services to corporates and individuals.
